Full Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, the Junior Graphic Designer will promote the look of the Go to Market's clients' brands, ensuring engaging creative designs including, but not limited to, direct mailings, e-commerce, web design, and digital content.
OVERVIEW:
Job Duties: Design graphic content, websites, illustrations, and infographics. Manage graphic designs and websites from conception to delivery. Generate fresh concepts and implement efficient processes. Understand customer requirements and ensure brand consistency throughout various projects. Liaising between the department and customers to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain technical competency by staying up to date with industry developments and tools. Ensures assignments meet established standards and deadlines. Perform all other job duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · The ability to manage several projects at once is essential.· Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or any other acceptable design software.· Experience in motion graphics is encouraged.
Education and Experience: · Certificate or Degree in Design, or equivalent education, training or experience preferred but not required.· 1 year experience in design required. (You will be asked to provide samples of work)

Do you provide more than graphic & web design services? Great! We will be happy to allow you to provide our client's with more services provided your initial work is selected.
Example: You win the bid for a logo design. The client also needs flyers, social media management and business cards... These projects would be yours to create, manage and be compensated for if these are services you can provide.
